About Us

Meet Chris Adair

Hi, my name is Chris Adair and I’ve been a full time fitness professional for nearly 23 years. My focus has always been about RESULTS. I have helped thousands of individuals achieve significant results in a short amount of time.

What is your typical process for working with a new client?

Before we work with anyone, we first do an INTERVIEW & NUTRIFIT ANALYSIS. We discuss your goals, health history, exercise history and fitness level. Generally we perform a body composition test and establish new weight and bodyfat goals for transformational clients. From there, we discuss 6-8 elements of your nutritional program, as well as fundamental details of the exercise program, so that you know the plan, feel comfortable about the plan, and know the direction is based on sound scientific data. Finally we will discuss the time it will take you to reach your goal based on your commitment level.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in fitness and as a trainer full time for nearly 23 years. Before training full time, I was a pre-med student as well as an EMT.  After receiving top trainer status 15 out of 18 months, Bally Total Fitness named me the 1997 National Trainer of the Year. I’ve had ACE and ISSA Certifications and currently have two 60 hour course certifications from Fitness Institute International, one for personal training, and one as a Strength & Conditioning Specialist. I also have a nutrition certification, functional training and a Level- I CrossFit certification .

In addition to my certifications, I have also coached several youth sports including wrestling, lacrosse, baseball and football. I’ve owned two gyms and also had a personal training company consisting of 75 trainers, staffing nine health clubs in Florida.

What types of clients have you worked with?

I’ve worked with all types, shapes and sizes, all age groups, athletic abilities, medical conditions and/or injuries, as well as people with a variety of different goals.

What advice would you give a prospect looking to hire a personal trainer?

I would say make sure the trainer does something like a NutriFit Analysis before starting any program. Make sure the trainer can clearly explain to you the process they will take to get you fit and why. Ask for proof of results, like before and after photos. Most trainers have few to none. Just make sure you find someone who can articulate the plan, understands the body at an advanced level, knows nutrition and has proven results.

Why Are My Programs So Successful?

I have over 20 years of knowledge and experience as a Fitness Coach working with all types, from novice to advanced athletes; coaching clients one on one, in their homes, the gym, as well as virtually.  Being a great coach has really been about helping my clients break through physical and mental barriers and help them achieve what they believed to be impossible.

Reaching your fitness goals takes more than simply showing up, it’s about dedication, commitment and mindset.  I commit one hundred percent to each and every client and their unique lifestyle and goals.  These are just a few of the reasons why my programs have helped many clients reach their optimal fitness levels.

Since no two bodies are alike, I pride myself on delivering custom fitness and nutrition programs that are uniquely designed for each client.  I provide accountably, motivation and results! The key to success is coaches that understand the entire lifestyle of their client.

What Should I Expect?

I always begin my relationship with a client by conducting a thorough assessment which covers all the critical questions and answers regarding their health history, current diet & fitness level.  This step is so important to understanding Your unique needs and goals.   From there we bring your fitness program to life; working as a team to maximize your RESULTS!!
